Payment Policy

* Credit card surcharges are waived for those paying for the entire academic year by June 30th.
* Fees must be paid for term 1 by June 30th and term 2 by November 30th.
* All fees for the term must be paid up-front before the students attend classes.

Refund Policy

* Registration fees are non-refundable.
* 75% of tuition fees will be refunded if a student withdraws prior to the beginning of the term.
* 50% of the tuition fees will be refunded if a student withdraws between 1-21 academic days after the term begins.
* 25% of the tuition fees will be refunded if a student withdraws between 22-39 academic days after the term begins.
* No refund will be given if a student withdraws 40 or more academic days after the term begins.
* Parents are responsible for paying lunch fees until the end of the month in which the withdrawal date falls.
